We offer a 100% money back guaranty. In an unlikely case If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery banking charges and gift-wrapping charges as applicable). All returns shall be intimated to us within 48 hours of receipt to our customer care email id care@organickrate.com, returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 15 days from the date of Delivery with same  item, packing and quantity which it was delivered, our team will verify the return and accept return if found in order within 3 working days of receipt of return at our works. When returning goods, please quote the - order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods. We do not refund users for postage expense of the returning the goods and charges levied by financial institutions for processing the returns. Once the returns are accepted by our team you shall be intimated about the same over same contact medium and address that was used to order the product and refunds will be initiated by us within 2 working days of such intimation of acceptance, all refunds will be made same mode of payment which was used to purchase the product, the actual days for accrual of refund credit in your account will depend based upon the time taken by your payment banking entity. 

We also offer returns/replacement policy of items damaged during shipment, this damage should be immediately brought to notice of delivery partner at the time of receipt, with photographic and/or video proof and communicated to us on our email is care@organickrate.com After receiving and reviewing your concern, our team will get back to you for the next steps. 

We, try to process the orders within 1 to 3 working hours of receipt. If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us (care@organickrate.com) as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change if it's not dispatched from our facilities. In event of cancellation accepted by us transaction charges as levied by our banking partners shall be deducted from the refund and all refunds shall be in accordance to refunds policy mentioned above.

We ship to approx. 29000 serviceable pin codes in India. Please write to us for any international shipping, same can be arrange where ever feasible.

We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email, shipping charges and delivery time lines shall be as indicated on our checkout page indicated to you while placing the order.
